Quidditch 101
As Gryffindor Seeker I'm glad to share with you the few rules of how to RP a Quidditch Match :
The Basics :
First off, for those of you who aren't familiar with the game, every quidditch team must have : three chasers, two beaters, a keeper and a chaser. The keeper's job is to guard the goals, the chasers' job is to score in the rival's goal, the beaters protect the chasers and use the bledgers to knock rival players off their brooms or out of the way, and the seeker tries to catch the snitch.
How to Play a match :
Now, for the tricky part, at each game there will be two teams and a referee, it doesn't matter who as long as it's not a student, a professor would be fine. At the beginning of the game, the professor will put in a little Rp paragraph and at the end, a question from the harry Potter series, for example : ( I'm using Flitwick :

Filius flew his broom to the center of the field surrounded by both the gryffindor and ravenclaw teams, he hoped for his house to win but this was a fair competition, he wished both the captains, Harry and Cho luck before blowing the whistle and throwing the quaffle in the air.

Ok, now, we have our question, the first person to post with the answer must be a chaser, with a little paragraph about how he "tried" to catch the quaffle, if the answer is correct, he would post another paragraph in which he passes the quaffle or shoots in in the hoops, either way, another quesiton will be asked, if the chaser passed the quaffle, they must specify to which chaser they had passed then the next question will be answered by the receiver. if answered right, he catches the quaffle, if he answeres wrong, the quaffle falls and the rival team gets the chance to answer the question and therefore intercept the pass. Here's an example from the beginning of the game, we started with Flitwick throwing the quaffle. i'm using Angelina Johnson for the example :
Angelina :
Angelina flew right toward the quaffle when she heard the whistle, she was taken by surprise as she was very nervous about this match it's the championship, she grabbed the Quaffle in mid air and threw it as hard as she could toward Ginny Weasley.
Answer : 16 June
Now, that answer is correct and the referee would post CORRECT and answer Ginny Weasley a question to see if she catches it or not. Clear ? if Angelina had shot for the hoops, the opposite keeper would be asked the question, if he answers correct, he catches it, if not, it's a goal. Now let's see what would happen if angelina answered the question wrong :
Angelina :

Answer : 1 december
Now if that was the answer, the referee would post WRONG and one of the opposite chasers would post himself intercepting the quaffle from angelina and throwing it to someone else, and the same rules apply.
Now, to Beaters, it's quite simple, every few minutes, at any time the referee wishes, he will post a question under the main question for chasers and instead of q1, it will be written "Bledger" if the beater answers it correctly he may direct the bledger toward anyone of the opposite team, mostly the chaser with the quaffle, and then , that chaser will be asked a question to avoid the bledger, if answered correctly, they keep the quaffle, if not, they fall off their broom and get excluded until the opposite team scores. for example :

Same rules always apply, now for seekers, they get to post at any time in the match thread, but not answer the questions and the cannot be hit by bledgers, the snitch will be hidden somewhere inside the forum, nobody except the Seekers can look for the snitch, if they receive any help, the match will be awarded to the opposite team and suspend the cheating team for two seasons. if you wonder how we can find out, trust me we can, the admins will check regularly and at any sign of cheating, you will be punished.
