Ellie is in her sixth year at Hogwarts. Most people will have avoided her due to her house. And most people won't have seen her - she is quite good at blending in.
But once you notice her... You won't get her out of your head.
She's a mystery, to everyone. She keeps her cards so close to her, well, she keeps them in her. Ellie has many secrets, though what she keeps hidden the most is how she feels. She's confident. Never forget that.
If you're lucky, you may make her smile. If you're dead lucky, you might make her laugh. If you want to just be dead... Insult her, or make her wait. She really doesn't like that.
Because of this, Ellie hasn't had too much luck making friends. She's not like the other Slytherins, not looking for a fight, not caring about bloodlines - though she is a true Slytherin with her cunning, and perception. Not many Slytherins hang around with her. She's a snake. And because of this, not many people in other houses will ever go near her. Perhaps that's wise and safe.
However, I'd say that what Ellie needs the most after finding out she's adopted, and after keeping everything inside her for so long is a friend. A good one.

As for making enemies... With her incessant need to keep secrets, her sarcastic nature, and the fact that she's a bloody Slytherin makes it rather easy for her to make these.
Enemies
Which leaves relationships. Ellie doesn't trust anyone too easily. But she is loyal when someone gets close to her, to a certain extent. Perhaps this is what she needs as well. Someone to rely on, someone to share things with.
Relationship
Ellie is quite close to her family. Her brother is probably the only person she can trust.
Brother: Bryce Walker, 17 (not adopted, he is the Walker's real son), Slytherin, can be played by anyone.
Not to Plotting....
Ellie could probably go anywhere. Though she has remained in the background up until now, hiding all her emotions is starting to get to her. She's confident in different situations - and she does need to either vent on people or find someone to share things with.
