FRIENDS
Arcturus is a very friendly guy though he never gets close to many people because he is afraid of trusting and getting close after the death of his father. Once you get to know him he is a real softy and a charmer.

ENEMYS
Arcturus doesn't have many enemys, appart from the Slytherins or anyone who insults muggles or muggle borns because he himself only has one magical relative; his fathers father.

RELATIONSHIPS
Like friends, Arcturus is afraid of getting close to people but this make him lonely so he likes to dring and ends up snogging the prettiest girl in the room though it never goes further than a kiss because he doesn't agree with sleeping with just anyone. Though this lonelyness makes him was a true relationship and wants to find the perfect girl.

What I mean is, I'm gonna through Ginny out there as someone to rp with! She's friendly, and she's probably met quite a few of the older students - in passing at least. She's good with other people (when her temper isn't all fired up).
My brain's not thinking well enough to come up with a proper plot yet, but well, that'll probably get sorted out.
